NITROUS EXPRESS & SNOW PERFORMANCE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
LIMITED WARRANTY
NITROUS EXPRESS (the warrantor) hereby warrants its product under the following terms and conditions:
- Nitrous Express branded products are covered by a 1 year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty shall extend for a period of one year, commencing from the date of the original purchase.
- Nitrous Express Lightning series solenoids are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and material.
- The warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser of the products and is enforceable only by such original purchaser (proof of purchase is required). In the event of a defect in workmanship or material of the products, the warrantor will repair or replace the product at the election of the warrantor. This warranty shall not apply to labor charges, freight, material or other incidental expenses in connection with removal and/or replacement of such defective product on the Consumer’s vehicle. The warranty does not include electrical components and does not cover damage from standard wear and tear, modifications by the end-user, accidents, or when the product is used for something besides its intended purpose. The warranty does not include products that are not produced by the warrantor. The maximum liability of the warrantor in connection with this warranty shall not under any circumstances exceed the contract price of the product claimed to be defective.
SNOW PERFORMANCE (the warrantor) hereby warrants its product under the following terms and conditions:
- Snow Performance Water / Methanol branded products are covered by a 1 year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty shall extend for a period of one year, commencing from the date of the original purchase.
- Snow Performance Fuel System branded products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and material.
- The warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser of the products and is enforceable only by such original purchaser (proof of purchase is required). In the event of a defect in workmanship or material of the products, the warrantor will repair or replace the product at the election of the warrantor. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else, for up to 90 days from the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state and must be in its undamaged original packaging. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to additional fees or refusal. We cannot accept returns on open box, special order, discontinued and/or non-stocking items.
Following are the specific time periods of our return and exchange policy:
- Up to 30 days from the purchase date Full refund or exchange
- Between 31-60 days from the purchase date Full refund or exchange less 10% restocking fee
- Between 61-90 days from the purchase date Full refund or exchange less 20% restocking fee
PRINTING ERRORS
Every effort has been made to proof all copy prior to printing. However, we do not accept responsibility for typographical errors either in prices or content.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Missing parts must be reported within 10 days of shipment delivery.
RIGHTS RESERVED
As our technology expands, we may find it necessary from time to time to make changes to our products. Warrantor reserves the right to make, without notice, changes in design, material and specifications or to make product changes without liability.
