After an intense game of Rock-Paper-Scissors, 29 year old John Miller from Asheville, NC, came away best two out of three to win the S-15. Runner up Bob Catrel from Downers Grove, IL, was a good sport, even traveling to the NOPI Nationals in Atlanta for the shot at winning a Nissan Silvia. Along with John's once in a lifetime victory, he was put up in the Stratosphere in Las Vegas during this years SEMA show. To top the week off, he became an honorary employee of Nitrous Express, allowing him to attend the SEMA show, and given $500.00 in cold hard cash. Congratulations John. 1-2-3-ROCK!
