Gardella Racing accomplished what the team set out to do this weekend during the NHRA Finals in Pomona, CA. Gary Gardella drove the car all weekend with one mission- secure the second place spot on the NHRA ladder. Gardella completed the mission after 1st round when the Quakerstate team was knocked out. Gardella Racing advanced to the semi-finals where the team lost to the Pontiac Sunfire. In the midst of the competitive factory backed teams, Gardella Racing left their mark in 2004.

“Gardella Racing accomplished what we came out here to do. The team worked hard all season and planned to lock in the 2nd place spot on the point’s ladder. The 2004 season has been a successful one; I can’t thank my sponsors enough for all of their support and interest throughout the year.
